Sennheiser Launches Accentum Clip Open-Ear Earbuds in China
Sennheiser has expanded the availability of its new Accentum Clip earbuds. The company first introduced these clip-on true wireless earbuds in select global markets in June. Now, they have officially arrived in China.
These earbuds mark Sennheiser’s first clip-on audio product. They feature 12mm dynamic drivers and deliver clear, balanced sound. Moreover, they support Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity and the high-quality LDAC audio codec.
The Accentum Clip offers up to 36 hours of total battery life. They also carry an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. Additionally, dual microphones with AI noise reduction improve call quality. Their lightweight open-ear design keeps users aware of their surroundings.
Price and Availability
In China, the Sennheiser Accentum Clip costs CNY 1,499, which is roughly Rs. 21,100. Earlier, the suggested price in global markets stood at CAD 269.95, around Rs. 18,100.
The earbuds come in Black and Cream colour options. They are currently available in China through JD.com. Furthermore, they will go on sale in Canada on July 23 via Sennheiser’s online store and Best Buy.
Key Features and Specifications
The Accentum Clip uses 12mm dynamic drivers with Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification. It includes Dynamic EQ that automatically adjusts sound based on volume levels. This feature maintains balance while boosting bass and clarity at lower volumes.
Users can enjoy support for SBC, AAC, and LDAC codecs. The Sennheiser Smart Control Plus app allows further customisation. It offers a five-band equaliser, Sound Check tool, shareable presets, and flexible control settings.
These earbuds support multipoint pairing and independent single-earbud use. They also feature Google Fast Pair for quick connections. Touch controls on each earbud help manage playback, calls, and volume easily.
Each earbud provides up to nine hours of playback on a single charge. The charging case extends total usage to 36 hours. A quick 10-minute charge delivers up to two hours of listening time. The case uses a USB Type-C port for convenient charging.
The earbuds weigh just 6.8g each. The complete set with the case weighs 57g. They use a flexible silicone bridge that clips gently onto the outer ear. An internal damping system also reduces sound leakage effectively.
