Boat Launches Kids Smartwatch and Headphones

Boat Launches Sailor Nav Smartwatch and Sailor Play Headphones for Kids

Boat introduced the Sailor Nav smartwatch in India on Tuesday. The company calls this its first step into kids’ lifestyle technology.

The watch features a 1.4-inch HD display. It comes in Fairy Pink and Sky Blue. Parents can track their child’s location in real time through Google Maps. The device also supports geo-fencing and five-point satellite positioning.

Parents can set safe zones around places like home or school. The watch then sends alerts when the child enters or leaves those areas. In addition, the Sailor Nav enables two-way voice and video calls over a built-in 4G SIM. It also includes SOS alerts and audio chat for voice messages between Sailor Nav users.

Boat priced the Sailor Nav at Rs. 6,499. Shoppers can buy it through the company’s official website as well as Amazon and Flipkart.

Meanwhile, Boat also launched the Sailor Play wireless headphones for children. These headphones cost Rs. 1,499. They are available in Bubblegum Pink, Shark Blue, and Coral Blue.

The Sailor Play uses 40mm dynamic drivers with Boat’s Signature Sound tuning. The company limited maximum volume to 85dB to help protect young listeners’ hearing. Soft earcups and an adjustable headband improve comfort. Bluetooth connectivity, a built-in microphone, and multifunction controls complete the package.

Boat claims the headphones deliver up to 60 hours of playback on a single charge. Together, the Sailor Nav and Sailor Play expand the brand’s presence in the children’s tech category.
