Vivo Quietly Launches Y600s Pro in China With a 10,200mAh Battery

Vivo has quietly launched the Y600s Pro in China. The phone joins the Y600 series after the recent Y600i and Y600k Turbo. It shares several core parts with the Y600 Pro, which arrived earlier this year. Those shared parts include the chipset, display, battery capacity, and camera setup. As a result, the two models look very close on paper.

The Y600s Pro starts at CNY 2,699 (roughly Rs. 39,000) for 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The 8GB RAM and 512GB storage version costs CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs. 43,300). Buyers can choose Moonlight Black, Floating Gold, Starry Purple, or Vast Blue.

Anthropic Releases Claude Haiku 5.5, Its Fastest Model Yet

Anthropic on Thursday introduced Claude Haiku 5.5 and called it the fastest model it has released so far. The company is positioning it for developers who run large numbers of requests and need to keep costs down. Typical uses include summarisation, classification, database queries, and context compaction. It is also aimed at browser-based apps and coding work done by smaller helper agents.

Anthropic says Haiku 5.5 costs about 75 percent less to run than Haiku 4.5. It is also the first Haiku model with an adjustable effort setting.

Pricing is built around prompts of up to 100,000 tokens. The company says that range covered about 90 percent of requests to the previous Haiku model. Below that limit, input costs $0.10 per million tokens (about Rs. 9.67). Output costs $0.50 per million tokens (about Rs. 48.38). Cache reads are $0.01 per million tokens (about Rs. 0.96), and cache writes are $0.125 per million tokens (about Rs. 12.57).

Above 100,000 tokens, rates rise. Input becomes $0.50 per million tokens (about Rs. 48.38). Output becomes $2.50 per million tokens (about Rs. 241). Cache reads rise to $0.05 per million tokens (about Rs. 4.83), and cache writes rise to $0.625 per million tokens (about Rs. 60.95).

The lower price is meant for jobs where speed and running cost matter more than the peak ability of Anthropic’s larger models. Haiku 5.5 can also work as a subagent on coding tasks next to Claude Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5. Anthropic points to live customer support and browser use as fits for the model.

The new effort control lets users choose whether a job should favour lower cost or stronger reasoning. For developers, Anthropic plans beta support for computer use and browser use in its Claude Python and TypeScript software kits. Xbox Elite Series 3 Leak Points to Hall Effect and TMR Thumbsticks

Leaks have outlined the specifications and features of the Xbox Elite Series 3 controller. The upcoming Xbox pro controller is believed to carry the codename Edessa. It may also add features that the Xbox Elite Series 2 does not offer.

The details appeared in the backend of Xbox Design Lab, Microsoft’s official program for custom controllers. Reddit user esketitethan spotted the records, as reported by Digital Foundry. The user said the backend held configuration records and 3D component models for the controller.

The most notable leaked feature is a choice between Hall effect and TMR thumbsticks. Design Lab is said to list separate modules for standard, loose, and tight versions of both stick types. TMR sticks are described as more sensitive. Both designs also avoid the stick drift common in ordinary controllers.

The Elite Series 3 is also said to include impulse triggers and advanced haptic motors. A dedicated colour option for an audio scroll wheel appeared in the leak. That suggests the gamepad can adjust headset volume directly.

Google Announces Gemini 4 Argon With a 1 million Token Output Limit

Google has announced Gemini 4 Argon, its latest AI model, with a focus on software engineering, enterprise tasks, and cybersecurity. The model can produce up to 1 million output tokens, up from the previous 64,000-token limit. Google is first testing Argon with cybersecurity professionals through its Fairwind Program. Samsung Unveils Galaxy Buds On, Its First Clip-On Galaxy Earphones

Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Buds On, its first clip-on wireless earphones in the Galaxy Buds lineup. The earphones use an open design, so they do not block the ear canal.
